The Trust has a Visitors Charter. This has been developed by the hospital and our Patients Forum to ensure that all patients are able to benefit from visitors whilst allowing time for rest and recovery.

It covers a wide range of areas:

Riverside Treatment Centre (Day Surgery)

This is a Booked Admission Unit.  In order to speed up patients recovery post surgery, we are no longer allowing relatives in to the ward Post Operation. We also request that only one relative stay pre operative in our waiting area. This is due to lack of space as well as patient privacy.
